Pizza Shop

 I got to thinking one night...why don't Italian restaurants and pizza shops offer a green banana pepper based sauce (like Mexican restaurants do) with green colors? I like crushed red pepper and calabrian chiles are OK, but people need more selection for their pizza, so I created an authentic Italian sauce based with banana peppers and garlic. Try it on pizza, garlic knots, garlic bread, salads, pasta dishes, etc.!
