This sweet and spicy hot honey sauce comes from several local honey makers, assorted seasonal peppers, and more. We ferment the peppers in the honey for 6-8 weeks before completing the sauce. "Honey Sting" goes great on anything from pancakes to pizza to wings to fruit!
